Thumbs Up to Relief
Many people go to a chiropractor because they are in pain. In this first phase of care, the main goal is to reduce your symptoms. Sometimes this will require daily visits, or more commonly two to three visits per week for a time. A care plan will be worked out between the chiropractor and the patient during the first visit.
When you begin chiropractic care, pain is one of the first symptoms to disappear, even though much of the underlying condition remains. This is why it is important to obtain a full medical history in order to provide the best care for every patient.
